We look at how communities can advocate for temporary moratoria and stringent rulemaking to protect water and power supplies, limit noise, light and pollution, prevent secret deals and blank-check tax breaks, and ensure developers bear the full cost of infrastructure and decommissioning. We also examine Washington’s growing data-center footprint and practical steps citizens can take before a project is approved.
